Will this affect my studio waitlist place?

No, your place on the studio waiting list stays exactly the same. The online membership simply lets you start Pilates while you wait.

I’ve never done Pilates before - is this ok?

Absolutely. Classes are beginner-friendly, with clear guidance and options so you can move at your own pace.

What do I need?

All you need to get started is a mat and a little space to move.

We do use small pieces of equipment as a class focus, but they are never essential. Every exercise is always taught so it can be done without equipment, and you may choose to add pieces gradually if you enjoy them.

How often should I do the classes?

There’s no right or wrong. Some members join one class a week, others move more often. The best approach is to do what feels manageable and supportive for you.

What if I feel unsure or need help during a class?

That’s completely normal, I will guide you through the class offering different options as you go. You can choose to rest or do an alternative exercise at any time.

You’re always welcome to ask questions at the end of the class or we can arrange a time to have a chat or a video call.

Is there a contract?

No, it’s a simple monthly membership, and you can cancel anytime.

Your payment will be taken on the same date every month until you choose to cancel.

What happens when a studio place becomes available?

When a space opens up, you’ll be invited to a free studio taster session. From there, you can decide what suits you best - some members move into studio classes, others choose to stay online, and some enjoy a combination of both.
