Whether you’re completely new or returning to Pilates, this is a supportive and effective way to get moving.
Absolutely. Classes are beginner-friendly, with clear guidance and options so you can move at your own pace.
All you need to get started is a mat and a little space to move.
We do use small pieces of equipment as a class focus, but they are never essential. Every exercise is always taught so it can be done without equipment, and you may choose to add pieces gradually if you enjoy them.
There’s no right or wrong. Some members join one class a week, others move more often. The best approach is to do what feels manageable and supportive for you.
That’s completely normal, I will guide you through the class offering different options as you go. You can choose to rest or do an alternative exercise at any time.
You’re always welcome to ask questions at the end of the class or we can arrange a time to have a chat or a video call.
No, it’s a simple monthly membership, and you can cancel anytime.
Your payment will be taken on the same date every month until you choose to cancel.

A BIT ABOUT ME:
I began Pilates after struggling with back pain when my children were young. Within weeks, I felt stronger and pain-free - and I was completely hooked!
Twenty years later, I’ve helped hundreds of clients of all ages and abilities feel stronger, move better and grow in confidence, both in my Sheffield studio and online.
